HANA Calgary’s Housing Service is structured around two complementary programs designed to meet the realities of newcomers: facilitated rental access and homeownership support.
- Rental : We negotiate directly with landlords to remove common barriers — no Canadian credit history or proof of funds required. Partner properties are listed on our platform, allowing you to select a home online based on your criteria and budget.
- 100 Homes 100 Families : Through partnerships with brokers and builders, we negotiate a 5–10% discount on market prices for you. At the same time, we implement a structured savings plan — both mandatory and voluntary — to help you build your down payment over 6 to 24 months.

Lease Negotiation with Landlords
Without a Canadian credit history or proof of funds, our advisors negotiate directly with landlords to facilitate your integration and lease signing. We remove the barriers that often block newcomers upon arrival.

Partner properties are listed directly on our platform. You can browse available listings, filter based on your criteria, and express your interest — all from home, even before arriving in Calgary.
Savings Plan for Your Down Payment
We set up a structured savings mechanism — both mandatory and voluntary — to help you gradually build your down payment over a period of 6 or 24 months, depending on your financial capacity. A concrete tool to turn your dream into a real project.
