Three pathways for successful professional integration

HANA Calgary’s Employment Integration Service is designed around three complementary pathways, tailored to the realities of newcomers who do not yet have recognized Canadian experience.

  • First Canadian Experience : Training on Canadian-style resumes, mock interviews, and partnerships with companies willing to host newcomers through internships or apprenticeships with a symbolic wage.
  • Jobs Marketplace : A matching platform where you complete volunteer assignments in your field, earn volunteer points, obtain a recognized certificate, and build your reputation within the community.
  • Staff Placement : HANA builds a resume database and presents profiles to companies seeking temporary staff, within a legal and structured framework.


OUR SERVICES

The 3 Employment Integration Pathways

Three complementary programs designed so that every newcomer can find their place in the Canadian job market, regardless of their starting point.

First Canadian Experience

We train you to create a Canadian-style resume and organize mock interviews to prepare you for meeting recruiters. Through our partnerships with local companies, we give you the opportunity to prove yourself through internships or paid apprenticeships (symbolic wage), allowing you to gain your first recognized Canadian experience.

Jobs Marketplace

On our platform, you specify your professional field and take on volunteer assignments to earn volunteer points and gain visibility within the community. After completing a defined number of assignments, HANA awards you a certificate recognizing your contribution. Clients who request your services contribute a symbolic fee to support the platform.

Staff Placement

HANA builds and manages a database of qualified newcomer resumes. We present these profiles directly to companies seeking temporary staff. A legal and structured system is in place to supervise each placement, protect workers« rights, and ensure secure employer-employee relationships.
